We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. BOOKING & RESERVATIONS
3.1 Making a Booking Bookings can be made via our website, telephone, or email. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Delta Healthcare Group.
3.2 Booking Confirmation A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written or verbal confirmation from Delta Healthcare Group. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
3.3 Accurate Information You are responsible for providing accurate booking information including pickup address, destination, date, time, and any special accessibility or medical requirements. Delta Healthcare Group accepts no liability for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided at the time of booking.
3.4 Advance Bookings We strongly recommend booking in advance, particularly for medical appointments, airport transfers, and special occasions, to guarantee vehicle availability.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
4.1 Pricing All prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, time of travel, and additional requirements.
4.2 Payment Methods We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified at the time of booking.
4.3 Payment Timing Payment may be required at the time of booking or upon completion of the journey, as agreed during the booking process.
4.4 Additional Charges Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the agreed grace period, toll charges, parking fees, and out-of-hours bookings. These will be communicated clearly before or during the booking process.
5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
5.1 Cancellation by Client

5.2 Cancellation by Delta Healthcare Group In the unlikely event that Delta Healthcare Group must cancel a confirmed booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or arrange an alternative vehicle.
5.3 Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
6. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a passenger or client using Delta Healthcare Group services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete booking information
- Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time
- Treat our drivers and staff with respect and courtesy
- Not engage in any behaviour that endangers the safety of the driver or vehicle
- Not consume alcohol excessively or use illegal substances during the journey
- Ensure that any mobility equipment or medical devices are disclosed at the time of booking
- Be responsible for the behaviour of all passengers travelling in your booking
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your journey
Delta Healthcare Group reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger’s behaviour poses a risk to the driver or vehicle.
7. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Delta Healthcare Group commits to:
- Providing a safe, reliable, and professional transport service
- Ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and insured
- Ensuring all drivers are licensed, vetted, and trained
- Communicating any delays or changes to your booking promptly
- Treating all passengers with dignity, respect, and compassion
8. LIABILITY
8.1 Limitation of Liability Delta Healthcare Group’s liability is limited to the cost of the booked journey. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
8.2 Force Majeure Delta Healthcare Group is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic incidents, road closures, or government restrictions.
8.3 Personal Belongings Delta Healthcare Group is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles. Passengers are advised to check the vehicle upon departure.
8.4 Medical Conditions While we cater to passengers with medical and mobility needs, Delta Healthcare Group is a transport provider and not a medical service. We are not responsible for any medical incidents that occur during transit.
9. INSURANCE
All Delta Healthcare Group vehicles are fully insured in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Details of our insurance coverage are available upon request.
10. PRIVACY
